Owners of Bath Villas at the Meadows are pleased to welcome you! Hopefully you will find the amenities and furnishings of these wonderful Villas comfortable and restful during your stay.

We look forward to hearing your suggestions and comments via the Journal Logs provided in each unit. Our expectation is that you will return again!

Policies:

Reservation Policy : First night rental shall be paid at time of reservation. Payment via VISA or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy : Telephone (540) 839 -2124 to cancel; no email cancellations. If canceling less than 7 days before Check In time, first night deposit is forfeited.

Check In Time : 3:00 PM

Late Arrivals: Please make special arrangements by phone for arrivals after 6 PM. Please, no email late arrival notifications.

Check Out Time : 11:00 AM

Key Acquisition and Return : Keys can be picked up from Host. Upon departure, keys can be left on table in villa unit. Lost Key Charge is $25.00.

Departure Requests: When leaving unit, please be certain all windows and doors are closed and locked before departure. We will appreciate if all dirty dishes be pl aced in dishwasher and washed. Keys can be left in unit on table.

Disclaimer : We will try, but cannot guarantee your choice of villa depending on availability.

Phone Policy : Phones are provided in units for outgoing local calls. Verizon is usually the only cell phone service that gets reception. Phone cards can be used for long distance service.

Internet : Wireless Service for your laptop is available in all units. Internet services (DSL) are also available close by at Warm Springs Library.

Children : We are pleased to accommodate your family--Children are permitted in certain units.

Handicap Accessible : We are pleased to be able to accommodate handicapped guests.

No Smoking Policy : Owners request that guests refrain from smoking in all units as we wish to provide an environmentally clean atmosphere for our guests.

No Pet Policy : Owners request that you leave your pet with friends at home.

Parking : All units have off -street parking available.

Garbage and Trash Removal : Garbage disposals are available in most units. Trash containers are available for your convenience.

Special Services

Special Services : Special services (including flowers, fruit, theme baskets) are available by request with reservation or pre -arrival requests.

Accommodations : Accommodations include all bedding and linens, full kitchen and utensils for cooking, Dish Net TV, stereo. Guests need to su pply your own food and personal toiletry items.

Furnishings : Thank you for respecting this unit and protecting the furnishings that have been placed for our mutual enjoyment. Personal library books, CD's and videos are available for guests reading and relaxation. We ask that you return these items to owner's personal library before your departure.

Gas Fireplaces : Gas fireplaces (in some units) are provided for seasonal usage during months of October through April. Please contact Host for operational instructions at other times.

Emergencies : In case of mechanical problems or accidental breakage, please notify or inform Host at 540-839-8660. Accidental breakage or theft of furnishings may result in replacement charge for damaged or missing items to guest.

Hospital: In the event that you need to use our local medical services, call 911 for ambulance service or proceed to the Emergency Room at the Bath County Hospital in Hot Springs, approximately 8 miles south on Route 220. The hospital is located just beyond the Hot Springs Hotel Resort on Route 220. If you need further assistance, please call Host at Villa office 540-839-8660, cell 540-679-9179.

Cleaning Charge : Violation of our No Pet or No Smoking policies will result in a $100.00 cleaning charge to guest.
